Training days in NetSuite with Klara Consulting
SuiteCorner and Klara Consulting have carried out two joint training days focused on the ERP system NetSuite and financial processes. The sessions are part of the previously announced partnership, where SuiteCorner is one of Klara Consulting’s selected partners.
The training took place at SuiteCorner’s office on Birger Jarlsgatan in Stockholm and brought together teams from both organizations. In addition to system knowledge, the main focus was on strengthening collaboration and establishing a shared direction moving forward.
Focus on financial processes in NetSuite
During the training days, the emphasis was on financial processes in NetSuite and how the system can be used efficiently and in a value-creating way across different organizations. Through concrete discussions, knowledge sharing, and practical examples, participants deepened their understanding of how solutions can be developed to meet customer needs.
These were very rewarding days where I had the opportunity to demonstrate our finance role and the solutions connected to it, with a focus on supporting new NetSuite users within the team. We also took the opportunity to dive deeper into key aspects to consider when implementing NetSuite for new customers. The team at Klara Consulting showed strong engagement and a solid understanding of the system, with both new and more experienced users contributing insightful questions that led to valuable discussions. Several of these areas will also continue to be developed together as part of our collaboration going forward,

Alignment and strengthened collaboration
An important part of the sessions was building relationships and creating alignment on how the work should be carried out moving forward. The combination of expertise, engagement, and dialogue laid the foundation for a more coordinated way of working between the companies.
