Caroline Hallén, a business consultant and account manager, who helps our customers optimize their business processes and find tailored solutions. We had a chat with Caroline to learn more about what drives her, her role at the company, and what she enjoys doing in her free time.

What do you think is the best thing about working at SuiteCorner?

“The best thing is definitely the company culture. When you spend so much time at work, it’s essential to feel comfortable. At SuiteCorner, I work with incredibly skilled colleagues in their respective fields, and together, we deliver truly great solutions. Here, we really get the chance to grow and make a difference.”

What does a typical workday look like for you?

“My workday starts after my kids are dropped off at preschool and I have my morning cappuccino in hand. As a business consultant and account manager for two of our customers, my focus is on streamlining processes – from planning and project meetings to delivering technical solutions. I enjoy driving development initiatives, coordinating teams, and making sure everything runs smoothly. The best part of my job is the feeling of making a difference, both through major transformations and small improvements that make everyday life easier.”

Is there any NetSuite feature you’d recommend as especially useful?

“Absolutely! One feature I really like is Saved Searches. It allows users to create their own reports and analyze data in real-time without needing to write complex SQL code. It makes decision-making faster and more data-driven.”

What do you do in your spare time?

“In my free time, I’m all about DIY projects. I love starting new ones, listening to audiobooks, working out, enjoying wine with friends, and spending time with my family. We recently moved into an old inn from the 1920s, so my husband and I are renovating and chasing mice in the attic – it’s never a dull moment!”

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?

“I’d choose time travel—but only backward! I have a strong fascination with the past and would love to experience firsthand what life was like in different eras.”
