Zach Adams on Working at SuiteCorner: “It’s a great place to work”

What’s it like working as a Functional Consultant & Developer at SuiteCorner in Gothenburg? Zach Adams shares why he loves it.

Zach Adams is our Functional Consultant and Developer at SuiteCorner in Gothenburg. Originally from the United States, he now helps customers both in Sweden and internationally optimize their NetSuite systems for everyday business needs.

“The people are amazing at Suitecorner”

When asked what he appreciates most about working at SuiteCorner, Zach doesn’t hesitate:

It’s difficult to choose! The people are amazing. It’s a team with a lot of expertise, a willingness to share and also learn from each other – and everyone cares about everyone else. But the work is also very interesting and fulfilling, and we have great customers to work with. Overall, it’s a great place to work.

A typical day as a consultant

Zach’s days are split between supporting customers in Sweden and the U.S., which makes for a varied and engaging routine:

My days right now mostly consist of doing development work or testing in the morning for one of two Swedish customers that I mostly work with, making their NetSuite environments work more closely with their unique business needs.

In the afternoons I am dedicated to supporting a customer in the USA, where I am from. That can be development work as well, but it can also be helping them design or modify reports, answer questions to help them align NetSuite with their changing business needs, discuss strategic initiatives, etc.

Why Zach believes in NetSuite

Before joining SuiteCorner, Zach worked on the end-user side in industry and had experience with various ERP, CRM, and service systems. NetSuite stood out — and still does:

I have been really impressed with how flexible NetSuite is in adapting to the individual ways of working that each company can have. What drew us to NetSuite in the first place were both the possibility of future customization, but also consolidating the several databases we had between Operations/Finance, Sales, Service, etc. into one single database.

That company still uses NetSuite and every team within the company uses NetSuite to support their daily work.

Learning Swedish and giant cinnamon buns

When he’s not working, Zach is currently learning Swedish using the Babbel app, spending time with his partner, and relaxing with video games. On Sunday evenings in the spring and summer, you’ll likely find him watching a baseball game — he’s a big fan of the Philadelphia Phillies.

He also has a special fondness for Swedish pastries. One of his favorite moments? Tackling a giant cinnamon bun with his partner on a cold winter day. It took a few days to finish, but the joy was worth it.

Quick facts about Zach:

  • Favorite ice cream: Chocolate chip cookie dough

  • Favorite board game: Risk or Monopoly

  • Favorite app right now: Babbel

  • Always on his desk: A small frog toy from his former company in the USA – one at the office, one at home

  • Dream destination: Japan or New Zealand

  • If he could choose a superpower: Not needing to sleep

We’re proud to have Zach on our SuiteCorner team — not just for his technical skills, but for his curiosity, collaboration, and the positive energy he brings to both colleagues and customers.
